GlowForma Sphere (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and delete information when you use the GlowForma Sphere mobile application.
1. Information We Collect

- User-submitted photos, including images of skin, face, and hair
- Beauty analysis results generated from uploaded images
- User preferences, inputs, and interactions within the app
- Basic app usage data for functionality and performance
2. Why We Collect Photos and Face Data
GlowForma Sphere requires user-submitted photos to provide its core functionality.
Photos (which may include facial features) are used exclusively to:
- Analyze visible cosmetic characteristics such as skin texture, tone, and hydration appearance
- Generate personalized beauty insights, scores, and recommendations
- Enable users to track changes in their appearance over time
Without user-submitted images, the app cannot provide its core analysis or progress tracking features.
3. Face Data Use and Limitations
We want to be clear about how face-related data is used:
We do NOT:
- Use facial recognition technology
- Perform biometric identification
- Identify users based on facial features
- Use face data for authentication or identity verification
- Track users across apps, websites, or services
Face data is used only to provide cosmetic analysis within the app and for no other purpose.
4. Data Retention (30-Day Policy)
User-submitted images are stored for up to 30 days.
This 30-day period exists specifically to:
- Allow users to compare before-and-after results
- Support progress tracking over a meaningful timeframe
- Provide continuity in personalized insights
After 30 days:
- Images are automatically deleted from storage
- They are no longer accessible within the app
This retention period is limited to what is necessary for the app’s core functionality.
5. Third-Party Processing and Storage
GlowForma Sphere uses trusted third-party service providers to operate the app, including cloud storage and AI processing services.
These providers may process user-submitted images only to:
- Securely store uploaded images
- Generate user-requested beauty analysis results
- Support core app functionality
These third-party providers:
- Do NOT use your data for their own purposes
- Do NOT sell or share your data
- Do NOT use your data for advertising
- Do NOT use your data to identify you
- Do NOT retain your data longer than necessary to perform the requested service
All processing is done strictly on our behalf to provide the app’s features.
6. Data Deletion
Users have full control over their data.
Account Deletion
Users can delete their account directly in the app:
Profile → Delete Account
When an account is deleted:
- Account information is permanently deleted
- Uploaded images are deleted
- Associated analysis data is deleted
This process cannot be undone.
Deletion occurs within a reasonable processing timeframe.
7. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade personal data or images.
Data is only shared with service providers when necessary to:
- Operate the app
- Process user-requested analysis
- Store data securely
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
GlowForma Sphere is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If such data is identified, it will be deleted.
10. Medical Disclaimer
GlowForma Sphere provides cosmetic and general wellness insights only.
It does NOT:
- Provide medical advice
- Provide diagnoses
- Provide treatment
