At GlowForma™, we are committed to elevated skincare and exceptional experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Product must not be opened, altered, or damaged
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
