By using GlowForma Sphere you agree to these Terms.
1 Eligibility
GlowForma Sphere is intended for users age 13 and older.
Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the app you confirm you meet these requirements.
2 Account Responsibility

P31W LLC is not responsible for unauthorized account access.
3 User Content
Users may upload:
• Skin photos
• Hair photos
• Cosmetic photos
• Routine data
By uploading content you confirm:
• You own the content OR have permission to upload it
• Content does not violate laws
• Content is not abusive or harmful
You grant GlowForma Sphere permission to process this content solely to provide app features.
We do not claim ownership of your photos.
4 AI Features Disclaimer
GlowForma Sphere provides AI generated beauty and wellness insights.
These insights:
• Are informational only
• Are not medical advice
• Are not guaranteed accurate
• Should not replace professional consultation
Users assume responsibility for how they use recommendations.
5 Subscription Services
GlowForma Sphere may offer free and paid features.
Paid subscriptions may provide:
• Advanced AI analysis
• Expanded tracking
• Premium recommendations
• Additional features
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.
Users may cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.
6 Payments
Payments are processed through:
• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
P31W LLC does not directly process payment information.
All billing disputes must go through the platform used.
7 Acceptable Use
Users may not:
• Upload illegal content
• Upload harmful content
• Attempt to hack the app
• Reverse engineer the software
• Misuse AI features
• Harass other users
Violation may result in account suspension.
8 Service Availability
GlowForma Sphere is provided “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
• Continuous uptime
• Error free performance
• Perfect AI accuracy
Features may change as the app evolves.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Product outcomes
• Health decisions
• AI interpretation
• Data loss
• App interruptions
Use of GlowForma Sphere is at your own risk.
