Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Product must not be opened, altered, or damaged
• Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
