1. Introduction

Welcome to Morune. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Morune application and related services provided by P31W LLC.

By accessing or using Morune, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

Morune is designed to provide a private space for emotional reflection, journaling, mindfulness, and AI-assisted conversations. It is intended for personal wellness and self-reflection only.


2. Privacy & Safety

Your privacy is important to us.

Your reflections, journal entries, and conversations are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Morune is not intended to replace professional medical advice, mental health care, therapy, crisis intervention, or emergency services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.


3. User Conduct

By using Morune, you agree to:

  • Use the app lawfully and respectfully.
  • Not misuse, exploit, or attempt to interfere with the app or its services.
  • Not attempt to bypass security or safety features.
  • Not use Morune for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.

P31W LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


4. Morune Premium Subscription

Morune offers an optional Morune Premium subscription that provides access to premium features.

Subscription Details

  • Subscription: Morune Premium
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly
  • Price: $7.99 USD per month (or your local App Store equivalent)
  • Free Trial: Eligible new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial.

Billing

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.


5. AI Services

Morune uses artificial intelligence provided by third-party AI services to generate supportive responses.

AI-generated responses are intended for informational and reflective purposes only and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information.

Always use your own judgment when making important personal, financial, legal, or medical decisions.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, software, and design elements within Morune are the property of P31W LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the app without prior written permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

Morune is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, P31W LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app.


8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated Terms will become effective upon publication within the app.

Continued use of Morune after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
